Having recently relocated to our new site with a 1000 seat worship auditorium, youth and children’s centres, large meeting rooms, and café spread over a large campus we are looking to appoint an operations manager to plan, direct/coordinate the administrative and business (non ministerial) operations of the Church.
Applicants must have a strong church background and previous experience at managing other operations of medium to large sized organisations, be an excellent communicator, motivator, and team leader with good people and process management skills. They will manage a large team covering the administrative, financial and commercial activities of the church as well as having responsibility for the care and security of the premises. This is a high profile role as the successful person will liaise closely with departmental heads, volunteers and external clients alike.
