Pastoral Team
Our pastors are our spiritual leaders, caring, leading and guiding us as a church towards Christ.
Rev Steve Reilly
Steve is the Senior Pastor here at BCC. Steve worked in engineering for 10 years before joining the church staff as our Youth worker back in 1986. In 1996 he became Associate Pastor, before taking on the role of Senior Pastor in 2010. Steve is married to Karen, and they have 2 grown-up children.
Rev Andy Lancaster
Andy leads our pastoral care team and part of our discipleship track. He served as member of the original team that planted The Kings Church in Boston Spa, before becoming an Elder at Bridge Street Church. He has served BCC since 1993. Andy is married to Melanie and they have 2 grown-up sons.
Rev Bawa Leo
Bawa joined our pastoral team in 2021 and leads our Small Group network. Bawa has been a missionary for many years in many different countries. He previously held the role of head of mobilisation for WEC UK, before being called to serve as a pastor here in Leeds. He is married to Afy and they have 2 grown-up children.
Rev Jacqui Richmond
Jacqui is dedicated to pastoral support, focusing especially on our women's ministries. After a 12-year teaching career in Sheffield, she experienced a calling into ministry and became the Children’s Director at Elim Church Northampton. Ordained as a Minister by Elim in 2023, she then joined our team at BCC. Jacqui is married to Leigh, who is also an ordained minister and our Operations Manager. Together, they have a child named Beth.
Ministry Team

Elders
Our Elders are responsible for the Spiritual leadership of the Church.
Trustees
The trustees are responsible for facilitating and outworking the Elders vision and direction for BCC in a practical way.
